This existing building received a complete facelift of the front facade. The update included a new façade structure, windows, doors, siding, drywall finishes, and new HVAC and electrical systems.

An existing residential structure was demolished on the West side of the building and a new asphalt parking lot was installed in its place. The last exterior upgrade was the installation of a new roof on the existing building.
