This project consisted of constructing a masonry addition to Kar-Tech’s headquarters and manufacturing facility to expand their warehousing capacity. The parking lot was also expanded, adding a total of 21 new parking stalls.

The site posed unique challenges in design due to the existing grades adjacent to the addition and expanded parking lot. To address the elevation changes a retaining wall was installed along the expanded parking and special foundations were designed for the building additions.
