This project enlarged Zoomlion’s existing lunchroom featuring a high ceiling and 4 large aluminum window systems for natural daylight. The structure features exposed steel columns and beams painted in the Zoomlion’s brand color with an exposed structure ceiling. The exterior of the addition is framed with steel studs and finished with a masonry veneer and an exterior insulated finish system (EIFS). The adjacent existing lunchroom finishes (flooring and paint) were updated to match those in the addition.
