This outside storage building is a three-sided structure with a sloped roof. The structure is supported by sonotube foundations with steel columns and wood posts. The walls are wood framed with metal panel, and the roof structure has wooden trusses with metal panel. To keep storage materials clean and stable, there is a concrete floor with an asphalt approach matching the existing asphalt parking lot.

This building was constructed at the edge of the existing storage yard, adjacent to a wetland. Care was taken to keep materials on-site and not disturb the wetland.
