The site, adjacent to a farm field, is designed to manage all storm water on-site with the use of three bio-infiltration basins and one wet pond and features 4 buildings, three at 12,000 SF and one at 6,000 SF. Each building is designed to be divided into 1,500 SF units with each unit able to be built out with an office and a restroom.

The construction of each building is a slab on grade concrete floor with prefabricated wood framed building with a shingle roof, LP smartside lap siding, vinyl windows and 12’x14’ overhead doors.
