This building is a prefabricated wood framed building with shingle roof, stone veneer, and LP siding materials. The entrances for patients and employees are protected with arched canopies featuring standing seam metal roofs.

The interior spaces included a reception/waiting area, hygiene and operatory treatment rooms, admin offices, employee break room, imaging room, sterilization and lab spaces. The finishes unique to this project are bead board ceilings, wood trim, custom cabinetry and desks.
