This commercial building’s design featured exterior precast panels, steel stud with metal panel construction and aluminum storefront windows. The interior spaces of this building include a two-story showroom, offices on the first floor and mezzanine, a break room and an automotive service area.

The building and site were designed to meet the requirements of the business park in which the site was located. Special civil design consideration was utilized since the site is located near the business park’s storm detention pond.
