This storage building is a Nucor pre-engineered metal building with faced insulation at the walls and roof. The front elevation of the building is constructed with prefabricated wood framing for various architectural finishes.

The front façade consists of renditions of existing historical buildings from around the US for a western-themed design. To help condition the space, an in-floor radiant heating system was installed.
