This project was a buildout of an existing building white box tenant space to allow Apex Oral Surgery to move into a new office location. This buildout featured the following spaces: a reception area, offices, waiting room, break room, consultation room, procedure rooms, nurses' station, laundry area, and coffee station.

Impact General collaborated with Apex’s consultants to ensure that the new space would meet the specifications for the landlord and equipment. The work was completed with consideration for future growth needs were planned for with minimal disruption in the future.
