This remodel included a whole building interior remodel and exterior façade updates. The new floor plan included private offices and conference rooms, community room, and reception area. To accommodate the new spaces the building electrical, plumbing, and heating and cooling systems needed to be updated.

The building exterior was updated by removing the existing façade and installing new siding, paneling and aluminum windows with tinted glass. Updated landscaping provided the finishing touch, further enhancing the building’s overall appearance and curb appeal.

While renovating the exterior, the sign for the original location of Woodman’s Food Market was uncovered. Impact General is proud to have been able to give this century old building a new look and extended life.
