This project began with a comprehensive demolition phase to prepare for a 1,200-square-foot buildout of a new kitchen and sales counter within an occupied tenant building. Impact General collaborated closely with the building owner and existing tenants to ensure a seamless upgrade of mechanical systems while minimizing operational disruptions.
