Motor Testing Lab (256 SF)
This new lab is in the corner of the warehouse and was required to be engineered to have the new HVAC system be located on an equipment mezzanine above the room. The room was also laid out and designed to meet the specifications of Zoomlion’s testing equipment

Embedded Systems Lab (220 SF)
This remodel converted and existing meeting space into a lab for testing control systems. Containment of the construction work was essential since this work was adjacent to another lab and in the midst of the existing offices.

Office Finishes (3,200 SF)
The flooring and paint colors were updated in the lobby and the first and second floor offices in the front of the building to carry the Zoomlion brand colors and finishes throughout the building. Work was coordinated with Zoomlion staff to be able to complete the work with minimal disruption to daily employee activities and work flows.
